v2 doesnt work online? or creating it says battleye need to be on

for Enhanced i turned off battleye but cant join private or invite only session or any session infact says i need battleye to be turned on

when i get the battleye screen i noly get two options, return to main menu and restart to reactivate battleye

FSL literally tells me fatal error every time I try and use it on current version.
