Configuration (or persistent switch) to hide "no change" lines in the history

The vast majority of the update activity is "no change". They tend to take all the space, hiding actual changes.

It would be great to have a configuration setting or persistent switch to hide the "no change" and highlight the other useful information

Hey, thanks for raising this! I've gone ahead and implemented it in v2.10.1 (PR #68) based on your feedback.

Two things coming your way:

1. Scan summary row - each scan now writes a single summary line to history, something like "28 checked, 28 up to date, 0 updated, 0 queued, 0 skipped, 0 failed". So you get the full picture without all the noise.

2. "Identical" filter pill - the history page has a new filter button for these. I've also renamed "No Change" to "Image Identical" so it's clearer what actually happened. You can filter them in or out as you like.

On top of that, all the outcome badges now have hover tooltips explaining what each one means, which should help with the readability.

I'll convert this to a tracking issue and close it once the release goes out.
