Speaker jack-gated on Magolor (Jasper Lake, rt5682+rt1015p) after setup — workaround documented

On Magolor (Jasper Lake, RT5682+RT1015P), the UCM profile only defines a Headphones port, so speakers stop working entirely when nothing is plugged into the jack. Documented a workaround (direct ALSA PipeWire sink bypassing ACP): https://github.com/kiyoshi-enjo/chromebook-magolor-audio-fix
