Paint - zoom not working for relatively large images

Reproduce steps

• Download the attached image (~5MB).
• Open it in Paint.
• Adjust the zoom slider to zoom in on the image.
• At zoom level >=200%, the image fails to display on web (see screenshot). On Android, it freezes the device and crashes out.
