Implement drilldown

Currently drilldown is only supported for Loki. According to an issue I created upstream this is something that should be handled by the datasource plugin (or in general a plugin). For more info check the upstream issue: grafana/logs-drilldown#1597

@septatrix thanks for your feature request! Right now we cannot implement the "Drilldown" feature. But we can do something similar to victoria metrics datatsource "Metrics Browser", where you can explore logs. You can check it on playground.

@sirjobzy-mp, Drilldown is a separate Grafana plugin that cannot be implemented within the current datasource plugin. At the moment, we’re not ready to develop and maintain a standalone plugin for this functionality.

FYI: VictoriaLogs v1.37.0 introduced an Overview page in the Web UI, which partially covers quick navigation and log filtering scenarios - see PR #613 or try it in the VictoriaLogs Playground.

Maybe just minimal loki compatible API that required for that view? (No idea what it have inside), Like Prometheus and Vicotia Metrics

We are gonna add drilldown to our plugin as a separate modal with the drilldown functionality.
