Renaming template folder names

@3Peers/uiteam , the names of directories inside templates should be same as corresponding application names.

@3Peers/academic-information-management @3Peers/online-cms @3Peers/academic-procedures-management @3Peers/placement-management-system @3Peers/mess-management-team @3Peers/databaseteam @3Peers/file-tracking-team @3Peers/complaint-management and all others. Keep updated with this issue, because as soon as the template directory names will be changed you all must change the names in your views and all other codes where you have used them.

@narosen Integration was done in UI only, i didn't mess up the views.

@anuraagheisenberg, right now, directory in which an application's templates are present - looks like, templates/<some-other-name-for-application>

But we need these to be same as the application name.
