Refresh Website `tlomodel.org` and make a Low-Code solution for updating

Current website is a bit dated and requires coding skills to update even texts part.

It would nice if the text and image parts can be updated outside of the main code base (maybe a Wordpress solution?), whilst the code reference are kept in sync with the main branch in the repo.
