Config Option to Disable Chunk Optimizations / Aggressive Optimizations?

Hello! Wanted to ask if there are any plans to add a config option to disable all chunk-related optimizations.

There have been many cases where people wanted to keep most of Moonrise's optimizations, but things would break because something ended up conflicting specifically with chunk optimizations. (recent examples include Sable and Create Aeronautics, or how Moonrise disables many Lithium config options to work together)

Maybe you could consider (either as an additional option, or if the first idea isn't viable) adding some kind of config to disable aggressive optimizations? 👉👈

There aren't many mods right now that adopt ideas from Paper.
Not sure how best to explain it, but for example - having the ability to run Moonrise with C2ME or Moonrise with Lithium, BUT where Lithium takes priority, and then Moonrise applies only the optimizations that Lithium doesn't have.
(If I understand correctly, at the moment Moonrise fully replaces many parts of Lithium, while also adding its own exclusive features on top)
