Reference links in the documentation

I am reading the documentations and most (almost all) of the links in it are not working. Some simply don't work and some are confusing.

Sorry, we didn't get around to fixing them yet. Many links reference publications on DBLP, like for example DBLP:conf/oopsla/OderskyZ05. These will need to be replaced by actual links to dblp.org or bibsonomy.org. If you want to help out with those, a pull request would be more than welcome.

I will try to fix some of them, and I hit the close by mistake. I will send them when they are done.
