USER ISSUE: Waste pickup not working

Steps to Reproduce:
Set it as i did in the screenshots.

Expected behavior:
The selected garbage can be picked up.

Actual behavior:
The selected garbage can not be picked up.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
No mods.

Hi, could you give more context ? Could you show the interaction of the people trying to pick it up ?
When you say "can not be picked up" what happen exactly ?
Could you also show the inventory content ?
