Using CMD

Is there a way to start the software using cmd? like:

killerscan.exe /scan
killerscan.exe /scan 192.168.1.0-192.168.1.254
killerscan.exe /help

this is a great idea. I've already done this with KillerPDF so it would just make sense to make this a CLI app as well.
