Make documentation downloadable as an ePub #58

Description

@Freso

I would like to be able to peruse the documentation while offline, away from my computer, and I’ve found that doing so on my ereader works well for other projects' documentation. This requires the documentation to be available for download and preferably in a convenient format.

The most convenient format would be ePub, and while it doesn’t look like it’s something that has support directly in VitePress, it looks like there’s already at least one project aiming to achieve this: https://github.com/nllerpark/vitepress-epub-template – this project seems a bit hacky though, consisting of two shell scripts which contain/install other shell scripts, but it might be possible to get some pointers from it for how to sensibly convert VitePress’ markdown to ePub.
