Cant send email Message

Hi, one of our QA has a weird bug with Lunar Mobile Console on Android: when he clicks email button to send logs he sees "Can't send message" message. On the other hand, when he tries to send email to support (direct feature in our app), the mobile email composer launches with no problem, so the device and the app has permissions to compose emails. Any suggestions how we can fix this? Thank you

@weeeBox Here the logcat attached. It reflects time gap before and after email button click. If you need logcat from the start of the app - let me know.
