Server support for macOS

Would it be possible to have a version of the server for macOS (Silicon)?

Okay, so, MacOS support in Soup is definitely better now than it was, but there are still some issues:

• MacOS literally refuses to resolve any DNS name resolving to 127.0.0.1; 127-0-0-1.faketls.com needs to be added to /etc/hosts
  • No big deal, can be added to the setup guide.
• The server just hangs sometimes, e.g. when attempting to flash firmware in Wootility, it closes the HIDDevice, and the server seems to not respond to further requests at that point.
  • Would be great if this bug could be hunted down.
