Write tests to verify the TREX item after the prepare stage of wrapper estimator

**What is the expected enhancement?**
We want to test the existence and basic properties of the TREX learning item in the output of the various prepare functions. Should be done in a unified way, as in #3200 and other related issues.

**Acceptance criteria**
Tests are added to cover the TREX learning item.
