ATTACHMENTS tag is derived from embedded files in the container, while ENCODER and the hash fields are derived from embedded metadata. All of them display as read-only and get written back on save.
Should ATTACHMENTS be handled any differently, or is this fine? I think mediainfo -f already has an attachments tag... maybe mkvnote's own ATTACHMENTS tag is unnecessary?
