Time to tag new release?

Hi.  I notice a few changes since 2019.  Is it time to tag a new release.  This make it easier to wrap up a new release in Debian.  Are you aware of the patches used by the Debian package, available via the 'debian patches' link on https://tracker.debian.org/universal-detector ?  Perhaps something to include in a future release?
