* Fonts 2025: Final reviewed chapter with graphics

Complete fonts chapter for 2025, verified against source data.
Includes all chart images.

* Fix linting errors: list marker spacing and final newline

- Change list markers from double to single space after number
- Add missing final newline to satisfy editorconfig

* Fix contributor IDs to match contributors.json

* Remove accidentally committed files

* Fix self-hosting YoY comparison (9 points → 4-5 points)

Data verification against longitudinal database showed the
2022→2025 self-hosting increase was ~4.5 points, not 9.
