Normal performance usage for an idling machine
Actual Behavior

I got this here for a lot of machines that afk'd after ordering a bigger craft
Could be about ME buffers or proxies because all of the machines used it
The machines didn't craft anything at the time observable tracked the micro seconds
So it was basically idling with almost 1ms used which is a crazy af amount
After some time it went to a normal state like this:

I think it went to a "normal" usage after all ME buffer crafts are done? Couldn't tell but noticed it because that thing killed my TPS completely and never had that before
Steps to Reproduce
For me it was ordering a mid-big craft, nothing like crazy big but definetely needs all/almost all machines for it for a few minutes, then my TPS died because of it
