Use Sentry to trace and alert the error of web map client.

We need to add Sentry (https://sentry.io) to our web map client. so we can trace the error and get notified by
email.

Hey @dadiorchen. Sorry for the lack of response. I got a little busy with life. Before then I managed to setup Sentry but I need to test with the Sentry dashboard. I'll do a test this weekend

Update. I did get it to work however the ci/cd pipeline wont accept a force peer dependency for sentry. I think someone with more devops experiences might be required for this one

Aslo, can you invite me to the Sentry that you used to integrate with web map client, so I can see report on it?

I cant seem to invite you since sentry limits my free account to 1 member. But I did open up a PR, then closed, that leaves the API key and org info open for you to plug in an organization you create for greenstand. I gave the dependency issue a lot of go, but I cant seem to find a way around it. I am not very good at untangling dependency issues
