In postgame of Pokemon Black, the NPC blocking Mistralton Gym during the story is blocking it again, says the gym leader is in Celestial Tower. Gym leader is not there in the postgame. Suspecting scripts reset the encounter. Only scripts I've run are starter reset and fossil choice. Not sure how, since inaccessibility to prior gyms due to story (Driftveil gym unlocks after Cold Storage clearing) is not present, Driftveil gym is accessible in postgame.
