Hi there! Just wanted to tell you this isn't F3X, but rather my project Fork3X. It's worth noting that this version is almost one year old, and that I released many updates. To be accurate, we're at v3.2.2.0 right now.

Aside from that, this was done by the creator of the game. Fork3X has an option named "CanUseExplorer" that allows the owner to decide whether they want to allow the user to use the Explorer. In your situation, it has been set to false, hence why this appears.

Starting v3.2.0, the explorer will just be gone in this situation. This is way less confusing than a mysterious pop-up like this one.

Anyways, I really recommend you/the creator of the game to update to the latest version. v3.1.0 and v3.1.1 has multiple flaws hackers may have acknowledged, and this could be dangerous for the game.
