On membership

• Existing member and paid by EVERSE then you naturally step down after the project is finished unless you want to stay
• After the project is finished - we ask you to give 2 months notice and complete or work with others to re-assign any responsibilities before standing down from the EB
• If you join the EB you are free to stay as long as you wish unless 70% of the EB vote to have you retire (this is just protection for smooth running of the EB).
• New EB members are on probation for 2 months.
• EB members who are not part of the EVERSE project and do not attend for 2 months will be contacted and are at risk of being retired. Once the EVERSE project ends then this will apply to all EB members.

• RSQKit is about software management/development - different than data management - and we recognise software aspects are part of
  • Some roles in the Netherlands Data Stewardship Landscape
  • Open Research roles - i.e. cover data & software & more
