Suggestion for page: DMP, Data Management Plan

What is the topic of the new content?

I know we are mainly focusing on software, however DMPs are super important and worth having a page to describe how software is inter-related to DMPs

I came up with this idea when re-reading my page about Long-term maintenance and handover #695, see 1st part>Solutions>Conceptual Guidance

Maintenance in a research setting often extends beyond the codebase itself – keeping data pipelines running and documentation aligned with current institutional data-management requirements is part of the same job.

When done, please update the Long-term maintenance and handover tasks page and link the DMP tasks page to the aforementioned sentence

wouldn't that be more relevant for the RDMKit?
Maybe we can do software management plans instead.

Oh I was not aware of the DMP in the RDMKit, that's cool, I will include it then in my tasks' page
