Support better navigation - links from the life cycle page

The most natural way to navigate seems to be from the life cycle https://everse.software/RSQKit/life_cycle this should be prioritised in terms of connections to relevant tasks

A couple of possible suggestions here:

• The lifecycle diagrammatic would ideally be clickable and either go to relevant subpage for that topic/to relevant section.
• These sections/subpages would include links to the relevant tasks for that part of the lifecycle.
• Conversely the tasks would be tagged with the relevant lifecycle tag(s).
• Ideally these would cross populate to a list on the subpage and so as they are added they cross-populate.

This approach could then work for anything else applicable, e.g. Stories.
