Completions for PowerShrll

Hey there, would it be possible to also provide shell completions for PowerShell?

PowerShell is the most natural feeling environment on Windows in my experience and has been my main shell for the 5 or so years. Most CLI tools tend to provide completions for it along with Bash, ZSH and Fish.

@fgimian If you do td completion install, this will give you the option to choose powershell (pwsh).

@scottlovegrove Apologies that I took so long to verify this. It does work as you mentioned, however the CLI help documentation is missing the pwsh option which is what confused me. See below:

Note that both td completion and td completion --help only list bash, zsh and fish.
