Hyperlink the ORCiD

The class should follow the iD display guidelines for journals (as explained in #6).

This means that the ORCiD logo and the URI should be hyperlinked (as raised in #14).

The recommended display is the green ORCID iD icon followed by the full iD URI (https[s] scheme optional). The iD icon should be scaled to the text, and both icon and URI should be hyperlinked to the ORCID URI.
