這份資料整理 COSCUP 2026 期間台灣科技大學第一學生餐廳的營業店家、雙語菜名、營業時間與校內／校外價格。2026 最新資料由第一學生餐廳營運單位麗陽商場協助協調彙整提供。
This dataset covers open stores at the NTUST First Student Cafeteria during COSCUP 2026, with bilingual dish names, opening hours, and NTUST member/non-member prices. The 2026 information was coordinated and compiled with assistance from Liyang Marketplace.
menu.csv：每列一項餐點，適合試算表與資料分析。menu.json：菜單 metadata 與完整餐點陣列。stores.json：全部營業店家、營業時間與聯絡方式。README.md：資料字典、標示原則與授權。

素食與清真友善欄位均為餐點層級。素食只標記菜單明確寫出「素」、「蔬食」或「可素」的餐點；未標記不代表一定含葷，也不代表一定適合所有素食者。歐趴雞肉原始英文菜單明確標為 Pork 的餐點不標示為清真友善，其餘品項則依店家提供的清真友善餐飲資訊標示。清真友善不等同宣稱取得清真認證。
Vegetarian and Muslim-friendly fields are both assigned per dish. The vegetarian field only covers dishes explicitly marked vegetarian, plant-based, or vegetarian-optional. An unmarked item is not necessarily non-vegetarian. O-Pass Chicken dishes explicitly marked Pork in the original English menu are not labeled Muslim-friendly; other items are labeled based on the store's Muslim-friendly dining information. “Muslim-friendly” does not claim halal certification.
