High CPU Usage Causing Node to Lag Behind by 9s

Hi team,
We are experiencing high CPU usage (>130% usage) on our node, which is causing it to lag behind by approximately 9 seconds.
We are currently running tomo version 2.4.6-stable. There are no errors in the node logs, but the node consistently remains 9 seconds behind. Below is the log for your perusal:

Which hardware do you run the node. The common cause for this issue is that the hardware is not powerful enough to handle the process. Maybe in the storage component.
