bug: in the manga reader you can't scroll down if the mouse is on the border (left/right/bottom)

Bug Description / Steps to Reproduce

If mouse curosr is all the way of the screen (which I ussually do so I don't have to see it while reading) you can't scroll normally while reading manga

Expected Behavior

should still let you scroll regardless of it's onthe border of the app or in the center
